Make an impression – Silver Jewellery Training Course

2 Day Course Costs £800 (Individual Tuition)

£100 non refundable deposit to reserve course dates.

£700 balance due one week prior to day one of your course.

My intensive 2 day course will focus on making fingerprint jewellery developing techniques making techniques  designed to take you from total beginner to having everything you need to get up and running and will provide you with professional finished jewellery to take away as samples.

This course will cover:

• Creating fingerprint moulds

• Transferring fingerprints onto the silver.

• Placement of prints on chosen shape.

• Engraving and personalising your jewellery.

• Adding Swarovski Crystals

• Preparing your pieces for the kiln.

• Firing, finishing and hand polishing your silver jewellery.

• Soldering jumprings and cufflink backs.

• Marketing and Packaging 

What is included on your 2 day course:

• 25G Sterling silver clay

• 1 pair of cufflink backs

• 1 Swarovski crystal

• 2 Jump rings

• All equipment and materials to produce finished samples

• List of suppliers, materials and equipment

• Step by step training guide

• Lunch and refreshments throughout each day.

• I will offer free advice and support by both phone and e-mail for up to 3 months.

• Option to purchase additional jewellery findings and materials to get you started.

This is an intensive one to one training course giving you my undivided guidance and attention. Dates can be mutually agreed to suit us both even over a weekend if required.

£100 deposit is required to reserve both your course dates and area and then the balance is due 1 week prior to your course.

Please note that these courses will be limited to a select number of candidates within the same area.

If you require accomodation I can forward you a list of local B&B’s and help with transport to and from the railway station.
